900 Words Essay
Introduction:
Located just north of Cairns with the exception of the Holiday House on the beach is Cape Cornwall. For over 100 years, the Cape Cornwall Lighthouse has been the lighthouse of the Cape Coast Region. This little island is home to some of the most exquisite landscape and sea views in the world. If you think you have seen it all, just wait until you arrive at Cape Cornwall. You can arrive at Cape Cornwall or get there by air or by boat. For your arrival by air is the easiest and fastest way to get to the island.
Hot springs of Cape Cornwall:
One of the most amazing things to see when arriving at Cape Cornwall is the hot springs, the natural mineral water giving the island its unique and colorful colors. In fact, there are so many colors in the water, that it can take a photographer over an hour to take a single picture. If you are time-poor or simply want to save some money, then the water taxi from the main beach of the island to the hot spring is a quick way to get to the island.
Another must-see is the Great Otter Pool. While the swimming is exciting enough, the views of the pool from the roof of the building overlooking the pool is right out of a storybook. In fact, if you watch closely you might be able to catch a glimpse of the Little People.
What a place, this is what it's all about. The beach that is surrounded by the natural beauty of nature is a place where humans and animals can co-exist without the interference of mankind. If you are a tourist looking to spend time on the beach then Cape Cornwall is the place for you. If you are a nature lover then this is a place where you will find all kinds of wildlife. There are so many things to do and see, it will not do to even mention all the things to do.
Yes, it is an emotional time
For some days now, I have been watching the news regarding a family that has been driven out of their own country, because of environmental concerns. And now I have been watching the news regarding a family that has been given permission by their government to settle in Australia, and they are moving to Cape Cornwall. Yes, it is an emotional time.
I have watched the news in the past 24 hours and I have noticed the impact it has had on the people in the community. There are tears on every news report. The impact is profound. This is what it is all about. I think it is time for us to step up and make this place what it should be. To stop letting the small stuff affect us, to stop allowing the small problems to dominate our lives, to stop allowing the small inconveniences to affect us, to start taking control of our lives, to start letting things happen, to start taking control of our lives, and to start enjoying every minute of every day.
I think the news can cause a great deal of internal strife:
This is a place where you can start seeing the big picture. And not every day, but every few days you will find yourself at a loss, just like the Fisher family, or the Channing family, or the Channing's, or the Follies, or the Fisher family. It has been 3 days now since the news came out about the family that has been forced to leave their own country. I am sure they have felt a sense of isolation and helplessness. I am sure they have felt a sense of betrayal and a sense of disloyalty. I can see them feeling the effects of a community that has been divided by the news. It feels like the separation will never heal, and there will always be a hole. I think the news has caused a great deal of internal strife and discord in the family, and the family will carry that with them, wherever they go. The families will be split in two, and there will be a hole to rival the news that broke.
We are all brothers, so to speak, and brothers should work together to get past problems:
The Channing's and the Fisher's will carry the news with them as they travel to Australia, and to other nations. It feels like this news has been a dagger in the heart of the entire community, and the family has had to go alone in order to heal. I hope and pray the family can move on, and the brothers can stop fighting, and move on. There is a lot of hurt in the community, that may take some time to heal. The brothers have been at each other's throats for the news, but in the end, we are all brothers, so to speak, and brothers should work together to get past problems. The brothers should stop putting the blame for the problems on one another, and stop blaming themselves for the things that happen. There are too many variables at play to hold a grudge against anyone, and blame is not going to heal anything. The only way to heal is through togetherness and brotherly love.
I am sorry for the family, that this news broke, as I pray the brothers and Fishers can heal, and move on, and stop all the drama.
The news has been devastating to all of us, but we must move on with our lives, and keep our friendship, so we can enjoy the world, and let go of the past.
