This makes money inefficiency of paramount importance to our success. How much money we can earn and have saved will determine our quality of life.
Performance potential makes difference:
We all have the same number of hours every day in a 24 hour day, there is an abundance of time to do all that we have to do during this time. The question is how to we use our time to maximize our potential. We have to be disciplined to use our time effectively. One way to do this is by working the time efficiently.
A key factor to success in life is the discipline. Try to focus on the project on which your are working. Your project is to be center of your efforts. Focused activity is the key to earning large profits in business. It requires discipline to keep focused through thick and thin. It is not easy to do, but it is the key to making money.
The first thing I do when starting a business is to get everything I can find an out of the way. This includes my car, my computer, my papers, any things I can put a stop to that takes me away from my focus. When I am starting something new I use my weekends as my office.
Now, I have a routine which I follow every morning. I know just what I am going to do in this time, from about 8:30 to 10:30, then to morning rush. This means that I am free to do what ever I want to do.
When to Plan:
Saturday is for planning, and I have set aside time every night of the week to do some planning, usually at 10:30, at 11:00, and so on. At 10:30 a couple times a week, I plan what I will do in the upcoming week on the computer. This means that I plan what I will do from 8:30 to 10:30 when everyone else is busy with their Saturday.
It is not unusual for me to plan and work on my business from 10:30 to 11:00. I am very disciplined, and this discipline has gotten me this far. You have to be too. It is very easy to get out of control if you are not being focused. You can waste a lot of time when you do not have a schedule. The more you do your own thing the more difficult it is to achieve your goals. The key is to schedule everything.
Decision is very important:
We make money by making decisions. You have to know what you are going to do and make decisions to do it. This means that we must have discipline about our business.
